At least he has a chance to compete for the starting spot here. It’s pretty much just him and the Browns’ 2nd round pick (RB Quinshon Judkins from OSU).

Well Sanders is there now. Like i said in the draft thread, the only thing I can think of is they really wanted Sanders but also wanted to teach him a lesson and knew he could be had late.
Not sure why taking Gabriel and Sanders..some QB on that team is getting traded

If that were the case we would have to root for every team in the NFL. Personally, if the NFL as a whole, fell off a deep cliff and lay dying in the chasm, I'd get out the popcorn.

Browns already drafted Quishon Judtkins earlier in the draft, but Sampson should have no problem beating him out. My only frustration is that the Haslams love to draft Tennessee players, which is great on one hand, but they seem to never work out there.

That a stud running back like Sampson gets over looked till that late in the draft speaks volume about how the NFL has pretty much became a pass happy league. The only good thing about being picked by the Browns is if he gets hammered in a game Deshaun Watson probably knows some good places to massage out the kinks
