I am Proud to say that I attended school with Peyton Manning, Leonard Little, Al Wilson, Raynoch Thompson, Jeff Hall, Deyon Grant, Tee Martin, Billy Ratcliffe, Peerless Price, Jamal Lewis, Travis Henry, Travis Stevens, & many other faithful VFL’s.

I cannot imagine ANY one of them “jumping ship” for an NIL deal…..

— I really miss the old days when players “lived & died” for their University!……

That’s when Hard Work & Dedication meant something!

If NIL and social media was around the entire time there definitely would have been several guys jumping ship all across the country just like they are now. Money and fame has always changed people over the course of time, so why do you think it would be any different 30 years ago? Good for you to have attended during one of the glory days but it’s naive to think anything would have been done differently back then.
