Love it when the Vols get national attention however, when the press uses our psychotic, selfish and money grabbing former quasi decent QB to prove a point, it's a bit embarrassing darn it. Yes though, I hope Saban and Trump team up together to save college football because it is a total sh*t show right now and sorry for saying so, but certainly not going to root for poster boy and or his team this year. Go Vols - let's kick some SEC arse this Fall. Poster boy who???

Their solution to fixing the problem, is kicking the Vols out of the SEC if they won't comply and shut down Spyre. The Vols dont have a friend in the world right now. All this trouble started over a bum who is no longer here and made off with millions of dollars at the university and fans expense.

Michigan bends the rules and they win a championship.

TN bends the rules and are now being threatened with expulsion.

The NCAA won't do that because it will cost them the SEC as members, and probably the BIG. It will also trigger getting their execs tried in federal court for extortion.

Saban ain’t gonna do anything to help anything but Alabama… and politicians need to steer clear of sports they’ll only make it worse.

As a rule, government should stick to governing those things that the people elected them to do. College sports isn’t one of them.

Decades ago, the state legislature of Alabama forced B*** and Barn to play each other again. Arguably, that’s the only exception that didn’t go badly.

Can any of you make an argument that the recent action of Tennessee’s state legislature is a good thing? That it doesn’t create hazard for Tennessee college programs?

There’s a lot that the federal government needs to do, and they shouldn’t be trying to govern collegiate athletics.
