Why is there no run rule in the regionals? Sure Georgia gets to get some of their lesser used pitchers some experience while winning 20-2 in the 9th but seems lime a waste of time and arms at this point.

There shouldn’t be a run rule in post-season play. Make a team throw arms. If you get yourself in that mess, you have to sit in it. Otherwise, teams would just be incentivized to throw meatball batting practice to get the game over with and conserve their bullpen.
