All the slots are currently full and Marion Hobby is a fantastic DL coach. Maybe he takes coach Chop's previous position now that Chop is a full time on field coach, IDK.Anyone know what position he will coach?
Or is it going to be one of those 'Analyst' slots until Martinez or someone moves on next year?
In all fairness, I have not looked at current coaching staff to see if a slot even exists...
Marion Hobby is joining Tennessee’s staff as a defensive analyst but could be heir apparent if the situation arisesAnyone know what position he will coach?

Rodney has 6 kids, most probably still in school, and he's less than 60. My man is going to need insurance for the family for a while yet and some bang , bang, bang tuition money, so unless Mrs Garner is going to carry the ball hard for a few years, I'm doubtful.Makes you wonder if RG is gonna retire after this season.
Do you mean Decherd? It’s next to Winchester, where Fulmer came from. Me, too.So excited for Hobby. He is one of my all time favorites. Him and Hayworth were a great combo. Hayworth lived in Dechard, Tenn just a few miles from Tenn-Bama line. Hobby lived in Irondale, Ala just a few miles from the border and Dechard. Hayworth and Hobby both grew up on farms and there granddaddy’s used to tell Johnny don’t worry they are going to be too tired this summer to get lazy or into mischief. Majors said they were 2 guys that I always knew was going to arrive in shape. Welcome Home Marion Hobby! GBO
Yes, that is where Tracy Hayworth is from. Yes, Decherd not Dechard my bad. Hobby is from Irondale just across the state line. They had a story one time years ago how they became friends and both went home in the summer to bail hay and other farm chores like tobacco.Their fathers and grandfathers always assured Majors they would be in shape when fall arrived.Do you mean Decherd?
