What you don't know is that we were outbid by Texas. Heupel and Inge out recruited the Texas Longhorns with more money. This should be celebrated as an absolute win. As should all of our other commits. Y'all's misunderstanding of 3 star players and the recruiting system at large is breeding negativity that doesn't make this an attractive place to play. Honestly, players talk, they read comments under social media posts, and trashing players because they don't fit into arbitrary expectations of who should player for Tennessee doesn't help anything. Heupel has less money to work with than other coaches in the SEC. He has less time because of time limitations from our probation. But he's making one thing clear, come play here if you're in it for the team. He showed that when he kicked Nico out the door. And he showed it when he landed a top 5 LB from the state of Georgia who was being offered more to play for Texas. Btw he's won 30 games in 3 seasons. Hasn't happened since 1996-1998.

Flew from Denver to Knox last week. It was week apparently college kids were touring. Talked to at least three diff lids who were touring UTK, ETSU. and or Clemson. All were from PNW or Western US.

Also talked to a crew who went to Rockies game. They knew who Jordan Beck was. Even talked about our Nat.
