It's the first time in the 13-year history of the Blue-Chip Ratio that Tennessee has been among the teams that fit the criteria to win a national championship

Not bad for a coach who can't recruit (I thought that in 2021). On field success+recruiting success+stable administration=a functional Tennessee

And that gets you consistently in the middle of the pack in the SEC. However, CJH’s teams have outperformed that level.
