Why would the Vols make the visitors locker rooms nice. The visitors locker rooms are suppose to be bad. That would be the last thing i would spend money on. Long at the toilets and showers work, that's good enough. lol

I think OP is trying to use some reverse psychology on visitors. Lull them into a little sense of comfort instead of pissng them off with bad locker room. Then drop the hammer on them on the field.
