Each day from 8/20 until the Friday before Kickoff (8/29), I'd like to discuss and vote for our favorite plays from each year. Only one can win from each year. On game day, I'll make a new thread combining all the plays VN selected.

Today is 2019. The second year of Pruitt. Horrible start, pretty dang good finish. I'll nominate a couple plays, and you guys help with the rest. After we come to a consensus, I'll update the OP. The post with the most votes (likes/comments/etc) will win.

Winner TBD

I’m biased bc I was right above the endzone where Jennings broke a bunch of tackles and scored, so that was exciting. But still I gotta say Bituli on fourth down

My personal twist on this thread is to completely skip the actual season. Instead, I’ll say Cooper Mays signing in December (and then Cade coming back too after that) was the most impactful single moment of the year.

Skipping that season is a disservice to the DAWG, Jauan Jennings. He made that year not be the worst in school history and, for my money, displayed the greatest sheer will of any receiver I’ve ever seen in Orange. Some other good Vols on that team too like Trey Smith, Callaway, Bituli, got a good year out of Warrior. Top 10 pick Darnell Wright was a freshman.
