Just noticed that Stan passed last week in Montgomery. He was a WR who played at the same school as Richmond Flowers, Sidney Lanier and was a very solid receiver for Bobby Scott in the Scott-to-Trott duo in the 1970 season. His obit says he was with the Packers after leaving UT.

His wife worked at the retirement home my grandma lived in for a year, and i painted their house a few years ago.

RIP Stan

If I am not mistaken he would have played on the very first Alabama state championship team at Lanier as they beat my beloved, Lee Generals in the championship game at Cramton Bowl in 1966 or 67. Sadly, neither school exists now.
