8 wins more realistic. Just hurts knowing had the game in the bag today and decided to play not to lose instead of playing to win. We win that game ane the whole trajectory of our season changes. We were already 15th. We will drop to around 20th. We go on the road to bama and florida. And a tough OU team at home. 2 more losses and our playoff hopes are finished. A win tonight would have totally changed how this season could have went for this team. Brutal

I was banking on 7 wins so I feel extremely positive about this year. Lose a close one to Georgia and get through with maybe 1 other loss - we're in the playoffs and can decide our own fate.

You don't have to go undefeated to have a chance to win a Natty anymore.

If you think the CEILING on that team you just watched today is 8 or 9 wins you have lost your mind. Do you know the difference between ceiling and floor?

I would agree with you if you were saying that is floor but ceiling? No way.
Yeah, ceiling got raised today.

Ceiling isnt raised with a loss. You just shot yourself in the foot. One more loss and you are on the fence of getting in. 2 more losses and ur done.

The rankings will work themselves out in the end. Who do we have on the schedule that is better than Georgia? Granted that we play at Bama and UF, but they're still not as tough as Georgia IMHO.

We are 9-3 team this year. Maybe we beat one of Bama and UF on the road but I need to see it to believe it. Flame away all you want but we consistently get screwed in Tuscaloosa, especially if it is close. Outside of that Heupel has shown he is good for one letdown game every year.

I’m really not wanting to be negative, but this is what it is.

Exactly. It isnt being negative. It is what it is. If we go on the road and beat bama and florida, i will paypal everyone who likes this mesg $50. And gladly do it! But it aint happening

8-9 wins is the floor. Chill tf out. We should’ve beaten a team full of chippers with four starters out and starting several true freshman. We are fine. Geez some of you people.

I think the schedule sets up nicely for UT. UGA was always going to be the toughest game but unfortunately we came up short. This team still has lots to play for.

Look this result stings, but we did just drop 41 on the most talented defense in the conference.

Our QB made a couple bad and costly throws, but dude he did throw for 371 and 4 scores against a secondary that ate us up four years running.

If you think this is a Gator Bowl team, your perspective needs a tweak, and that tweak could be well delivered by silent consideration after a good night’s sleep.

Id glady be wrong. But odds are. We will not win out. We 100% lose one more. And then that leaves one game to hiccup on. Its a numbers game. A long season. Reality is, we will lose 2 more games. Hopefully that is all
