And the Georgia defense was that much better when you look at whole game And Kirby supposed to be the best there is for defense?

Hope you are correct but we still have Bama and UF on the road which we have yet to beat at their place. Oky, Arky and Miss St. are not pushovers this year. Georgia out scored us after
the first qtr. 31 to 17. There are lots of situations that need to be fixed now. Like playing aggresive for 4 qtrs. and looking like we are not playing to win. The last 6 or 7 minutes in the GA.
game calling sure looked bad.

I think heupel is a very good coach. But he’s not elite. I don’t think he is good enough to lead us all the way. The occasional 10 win season here and there, a playoff berth here and there, but just not quite enough to win it all. It’s been too much of the same boneheaded decisions at this point, plus our schedule is brutal this year. I see 8-9 wins which isn’t terrible by any stretch.

UGA didn’t have as much injuries on their defense like we did.

We get our guys back and that game yesterday isn’t even close.

We ain’t winning the SEC with our defense. 9-3 would be an excellent season this yea if we hit that. i said in the preseason we will go 8-4 or 9-3 and won’t get back to the playoff this is a slight rebuild year. Now if we lose to Miss. St in two weeks and keep having injuries right and left then 7-5 and 6-6 is totally in play. Our schedule looks much tougher than it did in the preseason Vandy and Oklahoma look much better than i thought they would be glad we get them in Neyland.

Our vaulted defense with one of the highest paid DC in college gave up 502 yards in Neyland yesterday to the most get able UGA team in years. Sorry...but this defense is not winning any championships.

If we can tighten things up or fix some stuff also get couple starters back, we have a shot perhaps . Especially if the offense can keep this up. If we can garner a split between Florida and bama and dodge an upset. We finish 10 - 2 and CFP conversation. Very least … no one is going unbeaten this season
