I think good QB play will cover up a multitude of sins for this team

One narrative that has surrounded Heupel since he has been at Tennessee is that the Vols are guaranteed to lose a game we aren't supposed to lose every year. I truly believe that won't be the case this year. Granted, it appears to be true so far. In my opinion, it only seems that way because we haven't had good QB play and SEC level depth across the roster. I think QB play has been the major factor. On the road you're going to get more penalties and when you don't have a QB that can reliably make plays with his arm you're in trouble when you get behind the chains. We don't have that problem anymore. We have a good chance to win out imo if Joey stays healthy.
