I haven’t heard them make mention of him and I thought I saw him on the sidelines but not sure.

Is he still out? If so, they are lying about his injury and it’s more serious or he….doesn't want to play?

Hope the young man is healthy.

dont be stupid. It’s been reported multiple times that he is hurt and also reported he does want to play. Sad that is has to be reported that he wants to play because of so many people, including you, questioning his integrity.
I can’t ask a question? Dang dude

People forget about Lance Heard last year as well. We don’t know anything even if they tell you something, you still don’t actually know.

The guy is hurt and is not medically cleared to play

Why do you guys need to inject nonsense in to it?
WTF happened to him that he's had to miss THIS much time? Did he break a bone? I find it so weird that there was zero reporting of his injury until the day of the Syracuse game. Did he trip and fall leaving his hotel room on the way to the stadium?

outside of the initial prognosis, they have said for weeks he has a nerve issue that has sapped his strength.. per reports.. no one at UT has made a public statement.

he has a nerve issue which can be worse than a broken bone..

here is what is known as stated by the head coach. He has not been medically cleared to play... so the reason is a medical issus which is all any of us have to know..

It’s been reported MANY times. He had a stinger that has potential nerve injury/damage. He will not play until the medical team clears him

I dont recall seeing anything on Sanders injury until game time.

that's true. It was not announced when it occurred..

In a practice on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, Tennessee offensive lineman David Sanders Jr. suffered a "unique" shoulder injury that forced him to be a last-minute scratch from the season opener on August 30. Coach Josh Heupel initially indicated that he expected Sanders to be back for the following game, but the timeline has been less certain than expected.

They didn’t have to report anything to the media or anyone before the Syracuse game

Participation reports are only for conference games. He was injured in practice game week and is out till he is medically cleared

What else do you need?
