I was thinking at the start of the year if we could just get him to manage games and lean on the defense like last season we could maybe win 10 games and have an outside chance of the playoffs. Just wanted to get some others thoughts on where they thought he set amongst SEC QBs.

He's got to be near the very top. Whether other quarterbacks in the conference would outshine him if they played within the same offense system and with the same playcalling, offense line, and receivers is an open question, but we've seen that it's not just any quarterback who can make Heupel's offense truly explosive.

Stockton looked pretty good against us as well. That 4th and 6 play was an amazing throw. Mateer I just don’t see as being as good as people say. Joey is a little physically limited compared to some guys but he’s made the most of his abilities

Taylen Green is really really good. The rest of his team sucks. He is the only one someone could argue to me has been better than Joey.

Mateer has looked pretty good too but 3 of his games have been against really bad teams. I do think he is really good though.

What Joey did to Syracuse looks better now and what he did to Georgia was incredible.

Joey, Mateer, Stockton, Ole Miss backup, Green and Pavia all look good.
Simpson, Arnold, Sellers, Mizzou QB, Shapen, Reed and Nuss are ok.
Lagway, Manning, whoever UK plays at QB are not very good.
