Sanders did look good on that pull and Lance Heard was a road grater on his pull blocks too. There's some really good offensive line coaching and offensive line talent on Rocky Top these days, very Fulmeresque. We're living in good times, fellow Vol fans. Let's savor it.

Anybody can get a random penalty. Most players can't look as good as he did in his first game action. He played good (and is good) regardless of any qualifiers.

Even on the false start, the D-line shifted that looked like a simulated snap. I thought that was supposed to be a point of emphasis and they were going to crack down on that. UGA used to get false starts all the time doing that.

Yep. If I’m not mistaken, they also ran right behind him on Joey’s tying TD run at the end of the game.

The problem he’s going to have is the guy in front of him currently is playing like a future first round draft pick. Perry has been incredible and will be tough to beat out.
