Notables:
1.Dwayne Brown is shorter than Cade. But his shoulders are slightly higher meaning his length should be the same or longer. I thought he was a legit 6-9, but not. Appears powerful though
2. Bishop sits higher than all the guards. He looked like a legit 6-3 last year. Are the new guys slumping?
3. Massamba looks 6-5 or 6-6 on film. Looks smaller here.
4. Carey looks bigger than last year. Guy is a brick
5. Nate had services listing him at 6-8. He's legit KD length![]()
It was needed. So many new guys.Thought this legend would help ...

That ain’t a farmer’s tan. Our Hanes T-Shirts sleeves stop way above the elbows. That’s a golfer tan all the way. But you’re correct, he looks stout. He could haul hay and stretch wire with them guns. Ament is a lot stronger than I ever imagined. He grew 2-3 inches since last season it appears. All the recruiting services listed him in the 6-8” range. The whole team must lift weights a lot. That farmer's tan on #21...
I recall looking at the size and thickness that Houston brought and thinking how interesting it would be for us to manage to assemble a roster with that size to go with our physicality. Kinda think we're getting closer. Might not be the offensive juggernaut, but I suspect teams will remember playing us.That frontcourt is intimidating looking if they all stay healthy.
The wild thing about Houston isn’t that they were some offensive juggernaut with a bunch of guys just getting buckets, their strategy was have guys 1-3 that can and will shoot the 3 at a high %, then have guys at the 4-5 who don’t shoot 3’s but will go and rebound misses, either resulting in a quick easy layup/dunk or a kick out 3. Their 1-3 all shot better than 41% from 3, and combined to attempt almost 17 attempts from deep a game, their 5 man rotation at the 1-3 combined to take 93% of their teams 3pt attempts, and hit those at 40%.I recall looking at the size and thickness that Houston brought and thinking how interesting it would be for us to manage to assemble a roster with that size to go with our physicality. I feel like this is generally what CRB is going for this year, remains to be seen how well it works in reality but the way the roster is built I think it'll be similar. Definitely winning basketball! But think the team will look a lot closer to this than Florida's explosive offense. Not to say that we don't have bucket getters.
