Coming up for the game tomorrow. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a game. What are the best places to park? I plan to be there between 11 and 12. Looking for an easy exit to I40 after the game.

There is a parking lot off Blackstock Ave. That is just past the soccer fields that is under the interstate so it has covered places. Its 20 bucks but when the game is over you have a pretty easy time getting out and onto the interstate.

Walking from downtown…

It is an easy walk from downtown, we do it every game both ways.

From downtown: Take Clinch Ave crossing Henley using the bridge at the Convention Center. From there walk straight down Clinch and turn left onto James Agee st. Sams Party store is on your right if you need cool cheap drink. (Open container on campus is okie dokie on game day). Takes James Agee and then cross Cumberland and the Student Union is on your right. Cut through the union for AC. When you get half way through Union you can turn right and exit to courtyard and take left into courtyard from door and keep moving straight and you will be on the Bridge and you will find a Smokey Statue to take a picture with. From there turn right on bridge and you will go to the UT seal after crossing Volunteer Blvd between McClung Plaza and the Hodges Library. Volunteer village is on the other side of of McClung Plaza.

The best advice I can give to anyone is parking is mission #1 as soon as you arrive. Unless you enjoy long walks
