I was trying to watch some their game but his offense look the exact same. He really hasn't evolved at all. Some motion, three wide with a TE from shotgun. When he was on the three going in and lined up in the shotgun I stopped watching.

Arkansas State is a program that's happy so long as they're bowl eligible each year. I would assume looking at the rest of their schedule they can get to 6 wins which would be his 3rd straight bowl appearance there. Considering that plus they just extended him at the end of last season, doubt he's going anywhere.

Has no business coaching at the P4 level, but he's proven throughout his career he's good enough at the G5 level.
