McCoy isn’t coming back at this point and shouldn’t. He won’t be in game shape and would just put bad game film on tape. It’s a shame because he was a great player last year, but his best bet is to sit out.

Alot has to play out. If Vandy is 10 1 coming into Knoxville that win will be enough to push UT in the playoffs with UT losses to Bama and UGA. Assuming Bama and UGA win out they both will be top 5 teams. UT just has to keep winning. If UT can just win at UF for the 1st time since 2003, I believe UT will win out. What’s their combined overall records? Because what the CFP committee would be looking at are the overall records, not their conference records.
