You can survive injuries if they are spread around, but all year the Vols have been trying to mask the loss of two starting CBs by using pressure to force quick throws.

It’s been exposed on 3rd and Banks situations that he goes zone and we breakdown

so last night in the second half, when we lost both the starting and backup Leo DL, we lost the ability to pressure.

Compound that with other DL injuries, and our defense lost its main strategies.

The key to Tennessee getting to the next level is finding those players who can develop in the backup spaces. NIL makes this challenging as everyone wants to play right now. So you can get good/great starters.

But November is meat grinder season.
