Well, not what we wanted vs. the Sooners (Who I can't find any reason to hate, good for them!). Likely NOT going to make the CFP, and I was looking for our schedule next season.

We have to visit:
Arkansas
South Carolina
Texas A&M
Vanderbilt


I don't know... the road schedule is tough with Texas A&M and Arkansas. Other than that, we got this.

I'm heading to the Texas one with a few friends. They're all Texas fans, so I'm outnumbered, but...

Out of the nine sec teams, we play three teams (Auburn, LSU, Arky) that will have first year head coaches.. have to win those three. Beamer will be on the hot seat, Stoops will likely be gone at UK.. this is honestly a favorable schedule given the state of the teams we will play. Also, Vandy will no longer have Pavia and is essentially a home game.

I've had to endure the "real UT" and the "which shade of orange is right" chatter with my Texas football friends for twenty five years. They're coming to our house with their big money roster and their Manning and I cannot afford to lose that one out the gate. I'll never hear the end of it otherwise.

trust me buddy. your experience will never compare to mine last year. my wife and all her family are Ohio State fans just get used to Tennessee embarrassing you I hear alcohol helps.

5+1 home games and 3 roads with possibly two new coaches and A&M without Reed. Hype can probably get us to 11-1 with a QB that can manage the game.

We also have a non conf game on the road at Georgia Tech. Plenty of challenges on that schedule.

And they won't have that dork QB, unless he gets yet another year. Hell he'll be older than some of the pro QB's

In this year of chaos, AR will probably stick with Petrino. He is not winning but he is competing. They are not getting blown out
