Eat right, Run..bike..work out..swim..yoga..and die anyway. What’s your health and workout plan

Sunday workout done. I swapped out weighted dips for deficit push-ups to failure and skipped overhead extensions because I've developed a little tendonitis in my left elbow. Skill successful.

The timer is way wrong because I had to split my exercises up through the day and I forgot to pause it a few times.

I am getting a steroid shot today for early arthritis and spur formation at the MTP joint of my big toe today. Not really looking forward to that, but I hope it gets me back on track to run and hike.
I severed part of my little finger on my left hand probably 35 years ago…. Got sent to surgery to have it sewn up. Guess where the needle went, yep right in the part that was severed. Then he wanted to ask if I wanted to buy a video of the procedure. In the waiting room before I went in, I watched him amputate three fingers off a guy that had not followed dr orders and got ganegreen or some sort of infection.

Kids (2.5yr and 7mo) sleep pattern and life in general (new job, etc.) have made it hard to have a routine the last year and a half or so, after a couple steady years in the gym. Doing shorter 20-30 minute kettlebell workouts, yoga or runs until we can get some consistent sleep patterns going again.

When we had our first baby, putting a home gym together was one of my first priorities.

I have all my stuff at home. Not really a home gym per say but it gets the job done. I don't think I would be as constant with it if I had to drive to a gym or even if I waited till after work. My two boys stay busy with school and sports so that would be my excuse in the afternoon to not do it.

I’ve been thinking about going to the vertical wind tunnel on Monday mornings for some body flight experience. I miss the intense core workout of freefall, and my skydiving gear is out of date (I can’t afford to replace it). The wind tunnel in Marietta is a drive through horrible traffic, but they have Monday morning sessions for experienced skydivers and body flyers.
