This week is deceiving but I'll post anyways. I weighed as low as 220.1 earlier this week but went way over my calories Wednesday due to unexpected fast food for dinner so I'm holding extra water weight.

That pesky water weight always gives me such scale anxiety!

I highly recommend a nutritionist that gets deep into your personal makeup. Bloodwork ect.
I did it and it’s changed my life. Weight loss is mostly what we eat. The problem is what I’m doing may not work for you.
I was so close with my diet too. Just changed a couple things and it’s become very easy. I’m not suffering. It’s not a diet where I risk falling off the wagon. Yes I had to give up the obvious sodas but I get to eat a lot of things I like.

I have been thinking about it. I have been trying to make small changes, and had pretty good success. but an expert would definitely be able to hone in.

right now I am a healthy enough weight where its not worth the investment. well really, I have an old-AF home that is eating my money. 20k on a new roof coming up.

Lost my dad this week. Gained a couple of pounds. Will probably not do well this week either as people are bringing food to us still. Hope to be back at it soon, though.
Dang, I’m so sorry. I’ll say a prayer, and I’ll be thinking about you guys. 🙏🏻 Remember the good times, including the goofy times, as you say goodbye!

Weight loss is the absolutely last thing that matters now. Just take care of yourself, and take some breaks, and get enough sleep. 🧡 Love at y’all.

Just cruising along in maintenance mode, but @KoachKrab127 has me seriously wondering what 145 might look like.
You mean on me? Or on you? 🤔

I’ll be taking another diet break over the next few weeks. I’ll be out of town for a weekend, I have a birthday coming up, and family coming into town a little while later.

My only goal I have left is to go down one more belt loop. Once I’m there, no matter the weight, I’ll just want to maintain.
