Brandon FulseFort Meade, FL.- Fort Meade high star Brandon Fulse got some good news this week by being named to the ESPNU 150 list at number 93. He was also ranked the 6th best tight end in the country by ESPN Scouts Inc. All that attention was great and he shared his thoughts on the ranking.

“I’m kind of disappointed in being 93. But being in the 150 is great. I’m from a little town so it’s great for me. I’m trying to move down that list though and get around 30 or 40, maybe even top 20. But being one of the top 10 tight ends is good, but I’m going to keep working.”

Not only was that some of the great news of the day for Brandon. He has decided to name his top 15 list based off of his offers. He was adamant however that this list is merely a top list at this time, and that no teams have been eliminated or that it may not change as the process continues.

“I got my list right here. I’m not cutting anybody, I’m still open to other schools not on this list. I will probably do another list of 5-10 schools right before my senior season starts. All of the schools on this list are showing me solid interest at this time. I have talked to most if not all of the head coaches at these schools which tells me they have sincere interest. They all seem to have a good atmosphere from what I can see.”

“The schools in no order are: Florida, Florida State, Miami, USF, Auburn, Alabama, Clemson, Texas Tech, Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, West Virgnia, North Carolina, Louisville, and Tennessee. Everybody except Louisville, North Carolina, Georgia are looking at me for tight end. Those three schools are recruiting me at defensive end.”

Originally Brandon had a date in mind for his announcement. But that appears to be in question.

“I planned on committing on November 3rd originally. But I think I will wait until closer to signing day possibly.”

His last four offers were Tennessee, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Syracuse. Syracuse offered today bringing his total offers to 25.
