Midland, Michigan, is in the news having to debunk accusations that they have litterboxes in restrooms for students who identify as cats or dogs.

Despite no evidence of this practice existing and a previous round of denials by the school system, parents still show up to school board meetings wanting "something done."

In a society where most middle school students have phones with camera and video capability, the fact that no images or video of such a practice exists has not put a cork on those who grab onto any crazy and run with it (then run it into the ground).
