I've been a Raider fan since way back in the 1967-68 season. Gruden is a Live Wire. I don't think he would have been very happy with the Vol's Florida game effort this year.

If the money was the same, the players the same, etc., who would you prefer as HC, Gruden or Dooley?

Gruden's intensity could be a good thing.

I love the passion. It's contageous. Players would respond. A team's mental toughness is a reflection of it's coaches. We are as mentally tough as wet toilet paper. Excuse after excuse. Wonder where they've learned that?
