Biggesst Indicator that Dooley is a horrible coach

We "stole" Dooley from La Tech when he had a 11 - 14 record and since he's been at Tennesseee, We have floundered, but La Tech is ranked in the top 25.

Proves nothing other than Dooley is a good recruiter but not so good coach. He recruited all of the upperclassmen on LA Techs current team

La Techs success is being done with out use of 28 upper class men. Find another excuse .....

The biggest indicator is that he doesn't seem to know what he's doing.
3 years still no kicking game.
3 years to get a hint of a running game.
Talks about slowing the game down to keep the ball away from his defense. doesn't do it.
Scrapping his entire defense (switch to 3-4). really stupid.
Should have chosen interim on staff to change gradually.
We could go on.
The guy is out of his depth and should know it by now.

We clearly had a guy running the AD that had no clue about football and hiring coaches. Nor did he have any clue about writing up contracts.. Hamilton with approval from Jimmy (Gator) Cheek put a royal screw job to the Vols and their fans...

I watched Troy play in the Gulf South Conference when UT Martin played Divison 2 . Troy has always had a good football program but when Tennessee gives up over 700 yards in total offense to Troy State University, something is bad wrong !! I hate to sound like a pessimist but I sure dread playing Missouri and Vanderbilt !!!!

Tech would lose to SC, GA, Fla and Bama. I would gladly replace them with 4 of Techs opponents. I agree our defense is awful. We would outscore others- like Troy- and win.

Agreed! When has it ever been acceptable for Tennesse to struggle against a team like TROY? to get excited for the SECOND season against Vandy, KY? We are going the WRONG way under Dools.
