I really like what I see from young Abrams. He has a great frame for a physical 2 guard defender and could be that strong, drive through contact guard we need. As long as he is a serviceable 3 pt shooter to at least make the D respect it then he could be a stud.

That doesn't happen currently in the NFL and nobody has been very critical of the NFL playoff format. Head to Head matchups and record versus your schedule have to mean something. There really is no way to make this thing get the Top 12 teams in every year.
I get where you're coming from. Let me ask you this......does a 3 loss UT, 3 loss BAMA (or any other 3 loss SEC team) have a better or worse chance of winning the playoff than Tulane or JMU any given year?
It's obvious to me that any three loss SEC team is extremely likely to blow the doors...
