I consider young to be true freshmen. If you’re in year 2 of college ball you know how it’s done. Is there still room for growth? Yes but you’re leaps and bounds ahead of where you were as a TRUE fr. So we are way older this year then last imo.

This right here is key. These guys know his system and will pick right up where he left off. This cuts down the learning curve tremendously.
