His stat line was:

4-7 shooting and 8 boards in 20 minutes.

It is just Brevard, but in any game this season if he has that stat line I will be pleased with his play.

I heard nothing good about him on the board after the game. Was it a really ugly 4-7 like 2 airball 3 pointers and a missed dunk?

I think after Maymon is available, he will find himself sitting and like Hall he will have more of a chance to shine next year when our frontcourt depth has a huge hit.

I know he is one of the most maligned players on the board, and I know the fact that he has a rap career makes some people mad, but he grew as far as I understand a good bit in the last 3 years and may get a lot more comfortable with himself by the time he is needed (next year).

Solid!

I really want to see him produce. I wasn't paying much attention... what was the rotation of guys he was on the court with?

I didn't see the game, but my roommate told me he had an uncontested jumper and missed everything by about 10 feet.

I was there and I'm telling you right now, Woolridge was all hussel all game long. He was consistantly beating everyone down the court and was fighting for the ball eveytime it came off the rim. He did have one really bad shot where he threw it off the backboard but he looked like he really wants to play. With the depth we have, it's going to be a fight for minutes as you all know. If Renaldo keeps bringing the same intensity it will be hard to not reward him with pt.

He looked good to me. Like Crompton, this guy gets a lot of unnecessary crap over little things. He isn't going to be in the main rotation, but he gives his all and has the ability to step up at times (Kansas). I have a hard time hatin on a player like that.

I thought he did hustle very well, especially on the boards. But until he shows consistency, toughness, and progress against legit teams, I don't see him as a contributor.

That would be, "hustle." :)

Renaldo did overall pretty poorly on offense, but I agree, he did hustle a LOT during the game. Right now, I think the only thing he has going for him is the worst haircut in college basketball.

I was thinking about rocking the faux hawk for the season... lol

Maybe it was just me, but he looked a lot more solid as well. His physique has changed since he got on campus and with the added muscle I could see him develop over the next couple years into a nice 4 if he plays with that type of "hussel" on the glass. He still has a year he "could" redshirt and if I were in Bruce's shoes, I think I just might use that this season to develop him and get him ready to play exclusively on the block next season with a few trailing 3pt attempts like Wayne but to a lesser extent.

If he could consistently produce at this level, he should see some significant playing time. You are correct. As it looks now, we will need him next year.

he's either on or off.....and yes, it was against brevard. I'd love to see some consistency in his play. he should hopefully bring a spark off the bench....
