My daughter was born 2 days before this game. My avatar picture was taken during the gameday. I was going on basically no sleep and obviously had a lot on my mind. Given that, the loss did not hit me very hard. However, I’m sure it would have hit me hard if not for all the other things that really matter in life that were going on.

I seem to recall some really bad calls in that game that threw it to LSU

I remember we muffed a punt in that 2006 LSU game, but the refs ruled that we didn’t. They bailed us out on that one.

Well we technically did win, but this was before replay; as LSU fumbled on the final drive.

I was at that game. I remember marveling during warmups at the overall size difference between us and LSU. They looked like an NFL team compared to us and I remember thinking we were going to get massacred. I was amazed the game was as close as it was.
