Their 2nd string center, now a redshirt Junior, a prior 4* DE - Would be an IMMEDIATE starter and make our guard depth +1. He would not hinder the development of any of our young players IMO.

Do you think he'd be interested in starting 2 years away from home ... under a position coach that puts every single player in the NFL?

Dooley is not in a position to turn down anyone who could come in and provide a impact simply due to the fact they attend USC.

Agreed. Just because they may want to leave USC it doesn't mean they WILL want to come to Tennessee.

I agree with both, but we have many needs for upgrades/depth. I just wonder how much we would pursue any of them because of the coaching staff and the awkwardness of the coaching relationships.

First, the kid is from California so he's not leaving. Second, he is a RS Sophomore so he can't leave. He still gets to play post season as a senior. He doesn't qualify.
