His 2007 evaluation:

Kevin Hart is a 3A standout but he has a lot of physical growth before he become a legit 4 year college prospect. At 6'3 305, he has great size but his lack of speed; size and strength are a concern following his Nike Combine that needs to be addressed. With a strong off season and showing on the field next year, Hart has the ability to push himself into the mix as a prospect.

He grew 2 inches and got 10 lbs leaner in the offseason.
