His arm was not impressive in the 3 videos I saw at Rivals---no velocity, questionable mechanics, and sub-par to average arm strength. considering that Kiffin already has a Tennessee kid walking on to run the scout team, I think it's unlikely Ogle ends up at Tennessee.

who is this kid you speek of? id like to check him out. i coach QB's at a small high school. I think if this ogle kid can work on his mechanics, it may help the velocity. Alot of times bad mechanics are the product of trying to cover up a possible injury. Assuming the kid has ben taught correctly.

I saw this kid play in the Toyota East-West All Star Classic this year. He actually looked pretty good. I say if the kid wants to walk on, let him come.

I agree with Jack. I really don't see Kiffin adding another QB after already adding one walk-on. Everything he is doing is preparing to land at least one, maybe two elite QB prospects in this class.
