The play call was horrendous but going for the win against the #1 team in the country wasn’t a bad decision.

My take is he just set his team up for a loss. It wasnt even like the clock was down to 5 seconds. Clemson was gonna get the ball again. That decision had about a 20% chance of clinching the game..
