Visit Piedmont really often but haven't seen the kid play. His team won the 3A championship.

Offers from Southern Miss, Troy, UAB. Must have scouted him from LA tech. The question is, Is he ready to compete with SEC talent?

Undersized, most definitely.

I'm just thinking that Stone and Glass are our best chances for more highly touted OL this class, and then from there we're reaching a little for projects so we don't have to open up the WO camp as a necessity.

I didn't get a chance to see Piedmont play this year. I regret it looking back. I haven't heard much about this guy.

I have family in Piedmont so i couldn't tell you how people are there. Ain't nothing in the town.

I pulled up the ESPN video, and based off of what I could tell on a fairly small screen without good film work...

I'd make him an offer right now. Is he ready for D-1 ball and specifically SEC ball? Not at this point. But I saw plenty that I liked, and the biggest negatives weren't being consistently displayed.

(Strictly as an aside, it breaks my heart to know I had a kid three years ago who was bigger, quicker, faster, stronger, and had better technique...and yet the best offers he had were a couple of MAC schools.)

I saw were Sab listed this kid. He lives on the same road that I live on and I know him personally. He is committed to Southern Miss at the moment. He's 6'4- about 270. Has pretty good feet, is aggressive.

I don't know, my youngest talked to him yesterday and he told them that Dooley came Wednesday to talk to him I didn't know what to think because I haven't seen his name here or anywhere else until Sab mentioned him.
