“I spoke to the Tennessee coaches who came to my school during the spring period,” says Fashaw, “They want me to camp up there and stuff like that. So I’m going to Tennessee with some of my friends.”

“I like Tennessee’s passing game it’s a good place for tight ends like myself where I can catch a lot balls. I’m also a good blocker.” Fashaw added

"I like Georgia a lot," Fashaw said. "I like their campus and everything I saw. Tennessee, I had a good time at their camp and I liked coach (Eddie) Gran, he's a pretty nice dude. I'm going to Oregon on Tuesday as well.

"With interest, I believe Tennessee is going to be the highest, they're interested the most. Florida I kind of fell back with Florida a little bit. I'm really interested in Georgia and the tight ends coach likes me a lot so that would be high interest from Georgia and Tennessee."

Charles Fashaw: Fashaw missed his junior year with an injury and has since transferred to Northwestern. Should have a big senior year playing with 2011 QB Teddy Bridgewater. He can be a dominating blocker and has the a lot of room to fill out a great frame. Was very impressive as a sophomore. Once he shows he is healthy, the offers should begin to pour in.

He told the Boston College Rivals affiliate that he has "high interest" in Tennessee and that the staff is trying to get him on campus for an official visit this weekend.

I've been high on Fashaw for a while. I've been putting him in my mock classes as of late. He is a big time sleeper imo...

Tennessee is emerging in the recruitment of Miami Northwestern tight end Charles Fashaw, who could be at the Vols' game against UCLA this weekend. LSU also is making a push, but Lane Kiffin's program could be the team to beat at this point if they want to offer. UCF also looks like a possibility.

Does anyone have his "current" offer list?

You may have already seen this from his Rivals page but it looks like BC, Purdue, and UCF are his only offers at this point. Not a very impressive list but hey I would thankful that I got my education paid for from one of those schools.

The reason he hasn't gotten more offers is because he broke his foot last year. Teams are waiting to see what he can do, UT and LSU are 2 of them...

Gotcha, I missed the injury part. I hope the kid makes some good impressions and really show his stuff on the field for the coaches.
