I'm pretty sure that he was clocked running in the 4.3s at the UT camp.

"He's not a speedster" was the quote off the AMP video. The Rivals analyst projected him as a possession wide receiver in college. Not sure where you got the 4.3 figure from.

At 6-6 and 195 pounds, Brandon Terry of Alpharetta (Ga.) High School definitely qualifies as a big receiver. And, with 4.3 speed over 40 yards, he definitely qualifies as a guy who can run fast. He's still a bit raw but some team willing to take a chance on him could hit a major jackpot. Perhaps, after watching him showcase his skills earlier today, the Big Orange will be that team.

The coach describes Terry as “a state championship-caliber track athlete” who competes in the 400 meters (49.3 seconds), long jump (23 feet, 3 inches), the 200 meters, the 4x100 and 4x400 relays.

"Any coach would love to have him.”

Especially a coach like Lane Kiffin, whose quick-passing attack is geared toward big receivers who can run fast.

Brandon Terry, 6-6, 195, Alpharetta (Ga.) High School. Profiled yesterday, Terry is a freakish football/track athlete who has clocked a 4.3 in the 40, according to his dad. Whatever Brandon's timed speed might be, he is fast and fluid with good agility. He needs work getting off the line and getting separation but all of the tools for stardom appear to be in place.

I had not seen the 2nd article. It appears his dad may have skewed his forty time...
