This guy is going to be pretty good if he stays with it. We have offered.

Probably not as good as Manti Te'o. But we have had some good success in the past with Polynesian boys

-V.J. Fehoko was called a "beast" by many of the coaches there, and he looked like the star linebacker that he is. He was as good as advertised.

Regarding the Palo Alto Nike Camp

Fehoko looks like a sawed-off Mack truck that is not afraid to run through a brick wall. He runs around with reckless abandon with no fear for the well-being of others or himself as he demonstrated by scooping up a fumble during one-on-ones and making contact with a piece of heavy equipment used for offensive line drills. What he lacks in lateral movement he makes up for with tremendous straight-ahead speed and sheer aggression.

Per Rivals... It sounds like this kid is mean. Texas Tech may be the leader for him though. His brother is a Red Raider...

Sheer aggression. We haven't seen that since maybe L Little

L Little and Al Wilson are my two most favorite defensive players of all time. Those were the good 'ole days.

Is he tall enough, and isn't lateral speed important in Monte's defense?

yeah. lateral speed is something he can improve though. I think this kid would be a good fit at inside linebacker. Mean and nasty, something the program has lacked in the past couple years.

After going through one-on-one drills against the running backs, a few of the campers were talking amongst themselves when one camper said, "that linebacker from Hawaii is beastly." Fehoko liked the description and said he felt like it fit him well.

"A lot of people were telling me that I was beasting out," he said. "I think I did make my statement here. I can't ask for more than that."

Would love it if the Vols did a haka before their games with our rivals. That sh*t is bad.

It's not worth the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty every game. And we don't even have any Hawaiians or Hawaii fan base.
