Can't find much on this guy, but he is a teammate of DT John Brown at Northeast Mississippi Junior College. James Bryant from Scout says we have a good chance at him.
Here's an article from 2007 from an Alabama website.
Recruiting Update
Junior spotlight: Demarcus Underwood

Big DT likes three
Demarcus Underwood
One of the state's biggest linemen can be found at Colbert County High School in Leighton. Demarcus Underwood checks in at 6-foot-5 and 305-pounds, and his size has helped him receive plenty of attention this spring.
"I don't have any offers yet, but Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Clemson and Louisville are all interested," he says. "My favorites are Tennessee, Alabama and Auburn."
Here's what Underwood had to offer up about Alabama and its two fiercest rivals:
"Alabama likes my size, height and how I move. They have a good school and they also need some tackles. I went there for Junior Day and they told me that I was good person with a lot of potential. They talked about how important it is for school to come first. What I was most impressed with was how the coaches stressed being a champion in whatever you do. I'm planning on going back for A-Day and camping there this summer."
"I think Tennessee has a good academic program. They also need defensive tackles. I've been there several times and I feel at home there. I also feel comfortable with the coaches. I'm going to their Junior Day on March 31, and I also want to camp there."
"I visited Auburn last season and I'm going to their spring game this weekend. I know they run a 4-3 defense and rotate their tackles. They have a lot of young guys on the defensive line though."
For now, it appears that Underwood is rock solid when it comes to his favorite programs. It's early, but he already knows what he will value the most when it comes to picking a school.
"Academics are the most important thing," he says. "I hope to fit in with the program and the system. I will look at the depth chart, because I want to play early, but I won't mind redshirting if I have to."
Notes: As a junior, Underwood posted 54 tackles and seven sacks. He bench presses 305 and squats 560. Underwood reports a 2.9 GPA and will take the ACT in April. He will be recruited by Curt Cignetti
