McKnight compiled 1,017 all-purpose yards and accounted for six touchdowns for Curtis (14-1) which concluded its season with 14 consecutive wins after a season-opening 28-12 setback against Euless-Trinity (Texas).

Offensively, McKnight caught 14 passes for 177 yards with three touchdowns. Defensively, he totaled 37 tackles with seven interceptions, one of which he returned for a score.

Where McKnight really thrived, though, was in the open field on special teams where he put his 4.52 time in the 40 to good use with 17 punt returns for a 19.47 average and a TD and 12 kickoff returns for a 27.17 average and another score.

"He's a cover corner, return guy, or wide receiver," Curtis said. "He's an excellent receiver."

McKnight said that schools such as LSU, Alabama, Georgia and Florida State were among his favorites growing up and plans to attend both academic Junior Days and summer camps, where he hopes to hone his skills, at some of the aforementioned schools.

"Those are the schools that I like," McKnight said. "I don't really have a favorite school. I want to see what the colleges look like and make my decision later."

Theres a new Rivals article up for him. He says that USC is one of his top choices, be he is also seriously considering Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida State. It will be very hard to pull from USC imo...

Frank Wilson should help a ton with him. If he can about get Joe to come to Ole Miss, he should be able to get his brother to come to UT.

I see where we have offered. What is the scoop on this kid? He is not ranked very high like his brother and I see where Bama ranks pretty high on his list. Any chances he will be a Vol?

I wouldn't be suprise. He wanted to be the feature back at USC and now it looks like he will be a DB out there now. Maybe a better position for him, but that is not where he wanted to be.
