Currently he is hearing from major programs like LSU, Oklahoma, Oregon, Alabama and Tennessee along with multiple other Division-I schools. He is also slowly finding out about some serious college scholarship offers.

"I have offers from Tennessee, Oklahoma and Alabama," he said. "They send me letters. I just go to the school that I transferred from and pick up my letters from there. They're still trying to find me and that's why I'm glad I came [to the Schuman camp] that way they know I'm at LaGrange." </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

He measured in at 6-2.5, 288 pounds. He ran the 40 in 5.03 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.65 seconds, pumped out 34 reps of 185 pounds on bench and jumped a ridiculous 29.5 inches in the vertical and 9 feet 4 inches in the standing broad.

"It went well," he said of the junior day. "I like their campus. I like everything, how the program is run. That's why they're one of my top interests. LSU, that's my hometown school. Most likely I'll be a Tiger. I'm waiting for an official offer. They're telling me that they want to offer me but I'm waiting for it."

I noticed on the scouts site that this guy has ut and lsu as his two leaders, but lsu hasn't offered yet. Can somebody update this, I would appreciate the knowledge.

LSU is the home school.
He loves LSU.
His parents love LSU.
He likes Kiffin and the Vols, but as soon as LSU gets more film on him he's theirs by the sound of things.
If he's good enough for Oklahoma and Alabama to offer, then he's good enough for Chavis' D at LSU. He seems to be LSU bound barring something spectacular.

I can't wait to hear kids say that about Tennessee in a couple of years.

Is he related to the Broussard that was a RB for LSU about 2 years ago before he just left the team before his senior season?

Just what we needed, good pick-up. First 2 committs D-Lineman, got to love that. Now we need some O-Line.

Kind of scares me though, says LSU is where he always wanted to go. If they offer, will he bolt?

Wow, I just researched the guy and he has an amazing SPARQ rating!!! He has offers from LSU, Alabama, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee. You know he has to be pretty decent for those schools to be eyeballing him.

If this is true this would be a huge success. We needed DT's bad!

hope he's solid...sounds like from most of his comments he loves LSU, but they haven't offered yet...

If they do offer (and they likely will considering Bama and Okla offered) I hope he doesn't jump ship...

What was his SPARQ?

It is true. Don't worry about that.
