Rivals shows him with a UT offer, but it's going to be hard to keep him away from Butch Davis.

"(North) Carolina is always at the top of my list," he said. "They're in-state. It's a great school, great environment. The fans are so supportive."

wait till this staff goes after him Tennessee's staff> Butch and Blake

You may be right. I'm just saying that Butch can pull in some players. He has already built UNC into a solid program on the rise and compiled the players on the most talented college football team ever at Miami. I'm not sure that there is any one person in college football that can recruit like Butch Davis...

"Tennessee is real high on my list," Marshall said. "They write me letters and coach Reaves came by to evaluate me the other day. Lane Kiffin has done a nice job in the short time he's been there. I haven't been there yet, but I spoke to coach Kiffin one time. They had a lot of coaching changes and I think they put together a really good staff. They also have Eric Berry, and he's a big-time player."

new article. We are not in his top 3, but we are close it sounds like.
