10 Passing TD's

they way the forum is all over this kid (we saw nothing of him against bama but a few glimpses of potential so i dunno why?), i figure this was going to be an over/under for dobbs against missouri

what have we seen from Worley a few circus catches? the "few" glimpses of potential put on points on the board if im not mistaken

I'm pretty sure the Marquez North touchdown vs Georgia was longer than 9 yards.

TD pass to North against UGA was 19-yards.

TD pass to Howard against AP was for 11-yards.

TD pass to Howard against UF was for 18-yards.

TD pass to Smith against USF was for 29-yards.

are you joking? worley has played every game this season. dobbs has played on half. get your hand off it and wipe off your lips already dude. dobbs is unproven and we have not had a chance judge him

I was incorrect in the initial post. 29 yards was the longest. GBO>

how did things work out last night? Dobbs struggles as he should have. He had some bright moments, but he faced many of the same struggles Worley did, such as dropped passes. I think there was a drop off but that UT would have lost regardless. Threads like the one you started are ridiculous because you raise expectation levels for kids like Dobbs. There was a reason Worley was starting. Did the Florida game teach us nothing. Dobbs has superior talent, but don't underestimate the value of experience and leadership.

I disagree. Worley is not the future of the program. I was glad to see Dobbs play. We can't forget that Mizzou is a short FG away from being a top 5 BCS team. As far as leadership, I think the team had seen enough of Worley's skill set to know that a change had to be made. Dobbs didn't look to overwhelmed last night and I am sure a post on Vol Nation isn't going to keep him up at night.

Appreciate Worley's hard work and improvement this year. Hate to see him get hurt, but I know he'll continue to be one of the leaders on the team and help everyone get ready for these final four games.
