auburn has a losing record in the conference. They are not a good team.

RE Simmons: She's played well lately, except for the last game, but I can tell you it is much easier to shoot with confidence when you are playing a weak team, are leading and know you are going to win. You are confident--and confidence helps everything. I'm still waiting for Simmons and UT to perform well enough to beat a good, tough opponent. That's been the problem.

With some of you, the Lady Vols are really in a no win situation and I question if you are fans at all and why you spend so much time here. If they have a close game with a "bad team", they suck. If they blow out a "bad team", they were supposed to. If they beat a ranked team, it doesn't really matter unless the ranked team was ranked ahead of them and even then, you'd probably say, "Meh, that team is over rated".

Nah, it's the ole, "I only see and say negative things, so how could I be a fan" line. If all a person does is whine and complain about something, then how could you be getting any joy from that thing? You're not and thus not a fan in my eyes. To be a fan of something, you genuinely get joy from it and root for it - the opposite of all the negativity I read from some users.

One of the most interesting statistics is that every day, accept in sports like ice hockey there are the same number of wins and loses and no ties.

Were I an Auburn fan I could wonder how they play so well one game and then get only 14 points the first half in the next game and 44 the second half, or how they play so poorly against the LVs or why they commit so many needless fouls or why don't they have a quality point guard. Or I remember the day when Champi had final four teams.

The Auburn team continued to play hard throughout the game , yes they got frustrated but I can remember teams that gave up.
