I was thinking about all the coaching changes we have been through and how maybe some consistency could/should provide us a lift which lead me to try and find the last time UT retained it's entire staff. Shockingly when I went looking I had to scan back to 2004-2005 season for the last time we retained an entire staff. One decade of nothing but changes large and small. Admittedly all schools go through some minor changes but here is a list of just the HC's and coordinators through that time. For me it was sobering. I believe this should give us something to be optimistic about.
