KENZEEJACKSON6_19150.JPG

Wide Receiver
Arlington (TX) Sam Houston

Ht: 6-foot-0
Wt: 170 lbs
Forty: 4.6 secs
Bench max: 240 pounds
Squat max: 350 pounds
Vertical: 33 inches
Shuttle: 4.19 secs
Class: 2010 (High School)

I searched and didn't find a thread on this guy. FWIW we just offered his younger brother, Kameel, who stated they would like to play together. No offers for Kenzee right now, but may be due to season ending knee injury. Was leading the Dalls area in receiving up till that point...

Is the 6' to the top of his hair????????

:lolabove: Noooo... he's like, 6'4" to the top of his hair. They should put that on his rivals page. heh heh

Seriously though, if he fully recovers from his knee injury, might be worth looking at. Measurables aren't to bad. I don't know much about the shuttle thing (to old), but his time seems rather quick.

4.6 second 40 time for a 6' guy is not good.

and so it begins....

Maybe it was electronically timed...

That's why I commented about the shuttle time. Someone help me out, is his shuttle time fast/quick?

IIRC 4.2 is a decent shuttle time. Nothing amazing, but solid. From what I remember, it's ideal for NFL prospects to have a .5 second gap between them.

If he was good enough to lead the Dallas/FW metro area in receiving before he got hurt though, he's worth a shot. He obviously ran decent routes, found a way to get open, something. Much less if it gets us his brother too.

Thanks burger, we didn't do the shuttle thing when I was in High School. That was a long time ago though (graduated in 1980). I had a pretty decent 40 time once upon a time... for a white boy at least.

The only thing I'd be worried about would be how he's gonna recover from the injury. No one knows if he'll be the same person, but you can at least get an idea after about a year or so.

If he has a good year, I wouldn't mind getting him.

Edit: If we somehow get Prater/Milton/Ambles/Cobbs though, forget him lol

4.6 isn't bad most of these kids times are definitely doctored though. Btw Ambles runs a 4.6 and Boldin ran like a 4.7 at the NFL combine. If you can play then I dont think its actually a huge factor

Yea, an injury like that can be a tricky thing. I just hope he recovers fully so he can get good offers.

I totally agree on Prater/Milton/Ambles/Cobbs/etc...

This kids QB... Jamal Turner is pretty good too, will be a JR. this year.

I'm not a big 40 guy either, but it bares noting that Boldin was hurt when he ran his 4.7.
