I like the attention they are getting there and they write me most of my letters.
The 6-foot-2 ½, 195-pound linebacker narrowed his list down to six on Friday - Tennessee, LSU, West Virginia, Penn State, Miami of Florida and North Carolina.
Tennessee: "With Tennessee I like the fact the coaches, they keep a letter in the mailbox. They've sent me like 10-12 hand-written letters. That plays a little bit into the recruiting process for me.
“I’m ready to drop my top five and I will be calling all of the following schools to let them know,” said Williams. “My top schools are Miami, LSU, Penn State, Tennessee, and UNC in no particular order. I saw Virginia Tech and I’m a city boy so that kind of ruled them out.”
Tennessee: “I really like all of the media attention that they are getting and I like that the new staff has all of that intensity.”

No to put way too much stock in one comment but if he is from Norfolk and considers himself a "city boy" then I would think Knoxville is about what he is used to in a city. Miami is obviously a much bigger city but Happy Valley and Chapel Hill aren't all that much different from Blacksburg. Don't really know about Red Stick, personally.
he's not big, but if the 4.5 is legit along with the strength numbers, it doesn't really matter. We're talking about a rising HS senior. He has plenty of time to get to 210-220.'Noch,
In re: Chapel Hill.....Raleigh, Durham, and to a lesser extent Greensboro are all right there, though. Not sticking up for UNC, just mentioning that.
6'2", 189.......I was gonna say that this guy's tiny for an OLB. But then again, Mr. Derrick Brooks wasn't the biggest LB, either.....and look what he did in Monte's system. Just saying.
norfolk is in hampton roads, it is literally five times bigger than knoxville.
