Good lord I can't handle a Bama and ND or Bama and Florida or a Florida and Bama or Florida and ND championship. I won't like Georgia winning it but at least Richt has been a decent guy. Oh boy worst College football season ever.

'Bama Could have a tough game against Auburn. The Iron bowl is usually a good one and you never know. But it is not looking good.

If Barkley plays, USC can beat ND. Not too sure about their chances with a true freshman under center.

UF loses to FSU, Oregon moves up to #4. Bama/UGA loser drops, Oregon goes to #3. Oregon isn't completely out, but they need help from USC of all teams.

what might become interesting there would be, if I understand correctly, the final standings would be something along the lines of Bama/UGA winner #1, but in the running for #2 you'd have Oregon and Kansas State...you have to wonder a bit, after how last season's selections played out, if possibly a big push would be made again about "having won your conference championship" (since Oregon's likely on the outside looking in with that race...though in their favor, their loss was a close one to a ranked team, as opposed to a blowout like UGA's in 2007)
